Our History
ACTS Secondary School was founded by Dr Ken Gnanakan (PhD London) in 1979, as a unit of ACTS Group of Institutions. Located in Electronic City, India's IT Hub in Bangalore , the school was co-educational day school catering to children in the surrounding areas. The school is committed to providing quality education to all sections of the society, irrespective of religion, caste or creed.
1997
Humble Beginnings
A small, one-room schoolhouse is established in the rural community of now Electronic City to provide basic education to local children. The school is built with donated materials and volunteer labour from the community.
2000
Establish Roots
The school adopts modern technology, including computer labs and internet access, to prepare students for the digital age. ACTS Secondary School graduates achieve high college acceptance rates.
2016
Raising the bar
A new, larger campus is constructed to accommodate a growing student population. The school expands its vocational programmes, partnering with local businesses to provide job training opportunities.

ACTS Secondary School continues to serve as the heart of Electronic City, providing quality education and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
